1. Introduction
Lunar FBA is a Software as a Service company, primarily hosted on a private Discord server. To access our services, it's necessary for you to have a free Discord account, and by creating one, you agree to adhere to Discord's terms and Community Guidelines.
2. Membership & Licence Keys
Upon a membership being purchased for Lunar FBA, including Lunar FBA and any future ventures partnered, you'll receive a licence key for each of the services. This key will be linked via a third party platform, Whop, which is necessary for you to have. This key can be used to activate your account and access services and software.
Be cautious during activation, as accidental activations are not our responsibility.
3. Billing & Cancellation
Membership is billed automatically every 30 days from the purchase date, unless you, the user, directly cancel prior to the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through the dashboard which is hosted via Whop:
No pro-rata refunds for upfront purchases will be issued if Lunar FBA closes involuntarily. Pro-rata refunds will be issued if Lunar FBA closes on its own terms.
Human errors leading to non-cancelled subscriptions will not be refunded. Ensure your payment information is up-to-date to avoid service interruptions. Failed payments are retried within 24 hours, and during this period, your Lunar FBA service may be paused.
Cancelling a membership requires clicking the cancellation button on either the Portal Dashboard or the backup User Dashboard to create an event on Stripe, our payment processor.
4. Unauthorised Sales
Lunar FBA collaborates with third-party markets to prevent unauthorised sales of Lunar FBA memberships.
5. Discord Account Issues
In case of Discord account issues (termination, ban, revocation, loss, or leaving the server), contact our Instagram, @lunarfba, for assistance. No refunds are given for such situations; the responsibility lies with the user.
6. Free Trials
Free trials are occasionally offered. If claimed, automatic charges apply after the trial period unless cancelled before renewal. The refund policy is applied to trial memberships not cancelled before renewal.
Previous trial claimants are ineligible for another trial and are subject to be charged again if caught abusing trials.
7. Data Collection
Information collected during checkout is used for legitimacy verification by Stripe. Lunar FBA may terminate memberships without refund, this will be disclosed to you by a member of our team.
8. Risk Disclaimer
While we believe our services are risk-free, it depends on retailers' return policies. Users should be cautious, especially when reselling items. Lunar FBA is not liable for financial distress caused by alerts or calls. EU/UK users have legal aids protecting them.
Abuse of the above terms are subject to removal as well as legal action, dependant on the severity.
9. User Licence
By accessing lunarfba.com and sub-domains, you agree to our terms. Compliance with laws is your responsibility.
You receive and activate a licence key for personal use only. Don't modify, sell, or attempt to reverse engineer the software.
10. Disclaimer
Materials on our website are provided "as is." We disclaim warranties and don't guarantee accuracy. We're not liable for damages arising from website use. Limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.
We don't guarantee materials' accuracy and may change them without notice.
11. Links
We're not responsible for linked site content. Use linked sites at your own risk.
12. Modifications
We may revise terms without notice. Continued use implies agreement.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Submit to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
14. Additional Details
Full Lunar FBA customers get free tools with their membership, subject to removal/discontinuation. These tools require local storage of user data.
15. Affiliate Scheme
Lunar FBA offers an Affiliate Scheme for full members to earn commissions. Payments are made on a request basis, provided you reach certain thresholds which are imposed by Whop, and are subject to Stripe limitations. Payout dates may vary. Commission rates and applicability are subject to adjustment.
Affiliate payouts are issued by Whop, a third party, and affiliates must register personal details with Whop. Affiliates must declare income to legal/government offices for self-employment.
