Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, community, tools, monitors, signals and content provided by Lunar FBA ("Lunar FBA", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Service or joining our community you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By joining you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your reselling, trading or other activities.

3. Membership & billing

Membership is provided on a recurring subscription basis and is billed through our third-party provider, Whop. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price;
• You can cancel at any time through your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period;
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change before it takes effect;
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Access & acceptable use

Your membership is personal to you and grants a single-user, non-transferable right to access the Service. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense or distribute your access, alerts, signals, guides or software to anyone else;
• Copy, scrape, republish or redistribute our content outside the community;
• Reverse engineer, tamper with or attempt to bypass any part of our tools or monitors;
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms, harasses or disrupts the community or other members.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, monitors, guides and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Lunar FBA and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own personal, internal use only, as further described in our EULA.

6. No guaranteed results

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Trading and reselling carry risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for doing your own research before acting on any information we provide.

7. Third-party services & retailers

The Service references and links to third parties such as retailers, marketplaces, Whop and Discord. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, stock, policies or actions. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar FBA is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, trading or reselling losses, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows when. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to support@lunarfba.com.
