1. Who we are
We are a UK-based membership community and software provider offering deal alerts, reselling and trading signals, monitors and educational resources. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at support@lunarfba.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect what we need to run the Service. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Account & identity data - name, username, email address and Discord/Whop handle used to grant access.
- Payment data - billing is processed by our third-party provider (Whop). We do not store your full card details; we receive confirmation of payment, subscription status and limited billing metadata.
- Usage data - pages viewed, features used, and interactions with our monitors and alerts.
- Technical data - IP address, browser type, device information and approximate location derived from your IP.
- Communications - messages you send us via email, Discord or support channels.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Create and manage your membership and grant access to the Service;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment provider;
- Deliver alerts, signals, monitors and other features you sign up for;
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
- Improve, secure and maintain the Service and prevent abuse or fraud;
- Send service and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the membership you purchased); legitimate interests (to secure, operate and improve the Service and prevent fraud); consent (for optional marketing and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (to meet accounting, tax and regulatory requirements).
7. How long we keep data
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above - typically for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@lunarfba.com.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and review our measures regularly.
10. Contact & changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@lunarfba.com.
