This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Lunar FBA,, covering your use of our software, monitors, autopingers, toolboxes, checkers, bots and other applications, together with the alerts, signals, guides and content made available to members (the "Software"). By accessing or using the Software you agree to this EULA. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Licence grant
Subject to your active, paid membership and compliance with this EULA, Lunar FBA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Software for your own individual, non-commercial-resale use during your membership period.
2. Licence restrictions
You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the Software available to any third party;
- Share your login, access links, alerts or signals with non-members;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on the Software or its output;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding or watermarks;
- Use the Software to build, train or improve a competing product or service.
3. Accounts & access
Access is tied to your membership and intended for a single user. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may use technical measures to enforce single-user access and to detect sharing or abuse.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including its code, design, branding, monitors and content, remain the exclusive property of Lunar FBA and its licensors. No rights are granted to you except those expressly set out in this EULA.
5. Updates & availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Software at any time, including individual monitors or features (for example while a service is in maintenance). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and access to third-party platforms the Software relies on may change outside our control.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Software lawfully and in line with the terms of the retailers, marketplaces and platforms it interacts with. You are solely responsible for ensuring your own activity - including any automated purchasing, reselling or trading - complies with applicable laws and third-party terms. Misuse may result in immediate termination of your licence.
7. Disclaimer & no guaranteed results
Results are not guaranteed. The Software provides information and automation to assist you - it does not guarantee profit. Any results depend on your available capital, your effort and how closely you follow the signals and guidance from our team. Nothing provided is financial, investment or legal advice.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar FBA is not liable for any loss of profit, trading or reselling losses, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Software. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Termination
This licence lasts for as long as your membership is active. It ends automatically if your membership ends or if you breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete any copies or downloaded materials in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
